Prohibited Conduct Policy

A. Sexual and Exploitative Conduct

DOSTIN is not an escort marketplace, sexual-services platform, or adult-entertainment service. We strictly prohibit:

• Escort services, sexual services, and prostitution.
• Solicitation of sexual activity or payment for sexual conduct.
• Pornographic services, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, and grooming.
• Any involvement of minors.

B. Violence and Physical Harm

• Threats, assault, stalking, and intimidation.
• Weapons, confinement, abduction, and dangerous reckless behavior.
• Encouraging harm to oneself or others.

C. Harassment and Discrimination

• Sexual harassment and persistent unwanted communication.
• Hate speech, slurs, bullying, and retaliation.
• Discrimination based on protected characteristics.

D. Fraud and Identity Abuse

• Fake profiles, impersonation, stolen photos, false age/location claims.
• Account sharing, account sale, payment fraud, and chargeback abuse.
• Fake bookings, review manipulation, phishing, and OTP theft.

E. Off-platform Payment and Fee Avoidance

• Asking users to cancel and pay privately.
• Personal QR or UPI requests intended to bypass DOSTIN.
• Unauthorized cash collection, price manipulation, and commission avoidance.
• Moving communication solely to evade safety or payment records.

F. Illegal Activities

• Illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, and counterfeit goods.
• Financial scams, trafficking, and any unlawful activity.

G. Privacy and Media Abuse

• Doxxing, publishing private addresses, or sharing banking details without authorization.
• Sharing private verification selfies (these are strictly confidential).
• Non-consensual intimate material and unauthorized recording or distribution.

H. Platform Abuse

• Scraping, abusive bots, malware, spam, and malicious links.
• False reports, suspension evasion, and replacement accounts.
• Security attacks and manipulation of booking states.

Enforcement Model

Enforcement action may depend on severity, safety risk, repetition, intent, evidence, and user history. Possible actions include warnings, booking cancellation, payout hold, account suspension, or permanent removal.
