3. Eligibility and Adults-Only Rule
You must be at least 18 years old to use DOSTIN. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
7. Marketplace Role
DOSTIN is a digital marketplace where customers may discover and book independent companions for lawful, non-sexual, activity-based social companionship. DOSTIN is not an escort marketplace, dating service, or adult-entertainment platform.
10. Pricing and Payments
Customers must pay the booking price upfront through DOSTIN’s approved payment system. Off-platform payment is strictly prohibited.
Payment Warning: Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. DOSTIN support will never ask for them.
18. Prohibited Conduct
Sexual services, escort activity, violence, harassment, and off-platform payments are strictly prohibited. Please review our full Prohibited Conduct Policy.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our safety policies, or applicable laws.
27. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Sambalpur, Odisha, have exclusive jurisdiction.
