4. Before a Booking
Users should confirm the agreed activity, time, location, duration, and price within the app. Keep all communications on the DOSTIN platform to maintain a record.
10. Payment Safety
Users should keep payment inside DOSTIN’s approved payment system. Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, or banking passwords. Off-platform payment requests are prohibited.
12. Emergency Situations & Official Resources
DOSTIN cannot continuously monitor offline interactions. In an emergency, contact authorities directly.

13. Safety Investigation Process
DOSTIN may preserve records, hold payouts, restrict accounts, or cooperate with lawful authorities when appropriate. Verification and a blue badge do not guarantee future conduct.
