Guidelines and terms for users who activate companion capabilities.
Companion participation is an additional account capability. It is not a separate account. It is not a replacement for customer capability. The user remains able to use DOSTIN as a customer. Self-booking is prohibited.
Becoming a companion adds companion features to your existing DOSTIN account. It does not remove your ability to use DOSTIN as a customer.
Normal companion activation occurs automatically after backend validation of all required setup (profile, services, packages, availability, agreements, safety checks). Admin approval is not required for normal activation.
Operational status (ACTIVE) and verification status (VERIFIED) remain separate. Normal activation does not depend on blue-badge approval. The blue badge is a separate, optional later review.
